| On 2nd March 2006, The Ambassador of Republic of Mali H.E. Amadou Mody Diall made a visit to the Lahore Chamber of Commerce & had a detailed meeting with the president of the Lahore Chamber of Commerce Mian Shafqat Ali. |

| During this visit , The Ambassador was taken for an introductory visit to various departments of the chamber of commerce including Research & development wing,, Library & registration wing. |

| The Ambassador of Republic of Mali H.E. Amadou Mody Diall appreciated the progress took place in Lahore Chamber of commerce & encouraged for a joint protocol to be signed between Lahore Chamber of Commerce & Mali Chambers of Commerce to enhance bilateral business activities. . |
